Editorial comments - new feature

A new feature which gives more power to the article edit screen is here and it is called Editorial Comments.

Last year, during the workshops in Prague where the dev team discussed the future of Newscoop, we decided to create one simple but nice feature which will not take much time to develop and will be useful for the editors. This feature is a simple panel which displays other editors' comments about the current article that's being written.

• posting new comments
• resolving comments
• editing comments
• deleting comments
• nesting (1 level down)
• auto-refresh
• API endpoints

Editorial Comments are built-in Newscoop core. This feature will be officially available from Newscoop version 4.4 (but it's already in the master branch).
